Recently, I was traveling from Casablanca to Madrid to Miami. While in the air on our first leg, we received notification that our flight to Miami was cancelled - no information, no help offered, no good luck!
After trying to get help in the Madrid airport for over two hours, we were finally booked on a flight to London, with a flight to Miami the following day.
We checked into our rooms in London, exhausted and drained. Not surprisingly, it wasn't the Four Seasons. I would have absolutely loved to have my aromatherapy with me to chill out and sleep better.
